RSM Co. has been in continuous operation since 1864, and is still owned by its original founding family.  Over the years we have grown to become one of the largest US-based merchants of textile fibers and yarns, as well as agricultural products such as RAW cotton gin motes and reginned cotton motes.  As an additional service to our key cotton partners, RSM operates several USDA Bonded cotton warehouses for individual and block storage, as well as certificated stock cotton for tender against the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE futures).

Our corporate offices are located in Charlotte, NC, where we also manage a commercial distribution center with approximately 600,000 square feet of warehouse space.  This location allows us easy access to our domestic customers, suppliers and seaports to service our international customers.
